TUF video of Matt Brown Vs Jeremy May in the first fight from The Ultimate Fighter 7 Episode 6. Jeremy May’s obnoxious behavior rubs Matt Brown the wrong way in the days leading up to this fight. The added anger helps lead to a good, aggressive fight.
Jeremy May annoys me on the show. I’m glad to see he totally sucks as a fighter AND as a human being. EPIC FAIL!!!
Matt Brown looked solid, but he looked almost as gassed as May towards the end.

I think Brown had a lot more gas in the tank. In this fight there was the preexisting conflict between these guys. May, during a moment of retarded horsing around the house put lime juice in Brown’s dip (chewing tobacco). Despite how disgusting I think chewing tobacco is, and it is heinous. It is easy to understand Brown’s anger, and he said he would KO May. My premise is, Brown wanted to really wear May out, make him expend his energy until Brown could land that devastating blow, and or surgically pummel the hell out of him until he is stopped – this was personal.
Agreed these 2 are not ufc material.

Glad to see Jeremy get KTFO, and what’s going to be more insulting is when the guy who beat him, get’s beat in his next fight. Brown’s not making it past the second round of the tourny.

i think the black homie is gonna PWN these wannabees that’s is if he has $3 to get home as opposed to “$2″… may is a fruit i’ll whoop that tuf guy attitude of his stinkin face.. freakin posers; this is probably the weaksest season, but i’m only basing that on who i’ve seen come out of the previous ones: evans, diaz, forrest, dirty diego, and the mixed kid with the ‘dennis the menace afro’, that greek dude stephapaupoulous (?), and the judo homie from armenia, oh yeah and bisping the next UFC champion (mark my words biatches).. i’ve never actually watched a whole season.. but these guys are look hot dogs w/o the relish & mustard.. (hope that didn’t sound too gay)…

Worst season ever!!!!!!!!!! I hope this is not the future of the UFC cause every fighter this season just plain sucks.
It may not have been a great fight but at least Brown sunk his opponent like he said he would.
Brown was even gracious and the end and tried to make things right. May wasn’t though. Still a dick. May should have congratulated Brown. Just a boy, not a man.
The best part was Forrest’s ranting and sound like a 12 year old. Classic.

God, May has such sloppy, telegraphed striking, it’s a wonder he has any wins on his record at all. Not so surprising he has so many losses.

It seems like the guy forgot he was on a real fight and started believing he was swimming.
It cracks me up to just imagine a guy like Anderson Silva fighting this dude’s swimming technique. And he actually calls that “Jeremy-Jitsu”, like it’s something to be proud of. Epic!
If Brown was a top tier fighter he would have finished it at the first sign that May was gassed out!!!

This fight sucked!! Its normal to see this guys gassing out since they´re not pros yet, but you would at leaaaasssstttt some technique. Evans was gassing out in TUF2, so were Forrest and Bonnar in the final of season 1 but you could tell they had skills.
This looked like an after school fight.
I don’t care how the technique was. As fighters we put our reputation on the line and people like Jeremy makes us look bad. I guess that sells ratings, since a bunch of people watch it. But, technique or no technique, I’m just glad Jeremy’s obnoxiousness, taunting, and “talk” was shut for a few minutes with Matt’s foot.

it’s not so much a lack of skill as it is a lack of focus. This was indeed a after school fight but I don’t think matt brown’s next fight will look like this his bjj is solid. He wanted to make him pay not finish quick he had this fight and he knew it.

May’s a bitch – if he had actually trained for this fight, he might have had more gas but it wouldn’t have mattered. Brown was clearly the more patient, focused, and deadly fighter.
That said, there’s no way he gets through to the UFC. There’s not a Couture, Griffin, or Danzig among these competitors. The winner will just be the one who sucked least.
after seeing this fight i don’t get why everyone on the show was talking about how tough matt brown is. if those guys think matt brown is tough then they are all f**ked any real fighter could beat matt and his meat at the same time. that said watching jeremy may and his jeremy jitsu get kicked in the face was fantastic.
give the guy a break.. he said bisping is the next UFC champ cause hes a bisping fan.. leben dropped out of the fight..
I was glad to see May get knocked out, all the false hype about himself being the best and it turns out he sucked, maybe if he would have actually conditioned unstead of being lazy he would have staned a better chance. They both looked tired at the end but i think matt brown will do great with his mma career he just needs to condition a little more.
