CERTIFIED CHEATER, the guy juiced for the Sakuraba fight and then says he has no idea where the positive came from…CHEATER
Hey Bruno, do you know where I could watch the rory mcdonald vs. carlos condit fight? I looked on youtube and couldnt find a good video there. I looked on your archive and it was deleted. Thx for all the great MMA videos.

“CERTIFIED CHEATER”?
Don’t forget this 170 lbs guy would fight 220+ guys 2, 3 times in one night with no rules. And beat them all.
This guy is a legend
Video works just fine for me. As for Royce he is great fighter yet some fights in his career put some cracks on his image. I mean second fight with Sakuraba and first fight with Hidehiko Yoshida in which Judge stoped fight when he went unconscious (This fight by the way is not mentioned on sherdog list of Royce fights) , he regain conscious and stated that was an early stoppage. Maybe I could believe this if I haven’t watched his fight with Wallid Ismail when he also didn’t tap but Wallid didn’t call for judge to stop fight and he just kept holding choke till Royce went limb.
weather some can admit it or not royce is the most famous in the world and he deserves it.
pillowhands:
ya your right, I was a little cold with that post.
how old is he? he looks like he s 50 years old
@palladynPL – His first fight with Yoshida was a grappling only match, same with Ismail I believe.
If you watch the Yoshida encounter again, you clearly see Royce is patiently waiting for his next move. The “smother” was not enough to put him out, and Hidehiko told the ref he thought he was out…Royce got his payback in their second bout, an actual fight that went to a draw, but everyone knows Yoshida got his arse kicked. ![]()
P.S. How do you have any idea if Royce juiced before that fight? They didn’t drug test in Japan at that time. Hence Mark Coleman’s consistent roid raging antics… ![]()
Also, love how he clears up the whole “he’s a dirty fighter holding his chokes too long” schtick. Get a clue, people.
RESPECT THE LEGEND♠
@KouNTa KuLCHa
I did some research and you were half right with first fight, no punches and kicks were allowed on the ground (those were special rules requested by Gracie). Probably we will never find out the truth but for me it looked like he went limb and choke was not a “smother”. I wrote about Ismail fight to remind that Gracie never tap (Renzo broken arm or Kimura with Helio), if Yoshida would have hold choke there would be no such discussion.
As for drug test I thought it was made in California, how do you know it was in Japan?
As for second fight with Yoshida Gracie fought with no Gi, and also for his request there could be no judge decision. He is a legend and I respect him for his skills but as a person not that much, he often haven’t showed respect to others and besides those two controversially fights with Saku and Yashida after losing to Hughes he didn’t say that Hughes was better. No it was because Royce just overtrained . With all that it’s hard for me to believe that when it comes to losing a fight this guy would be honest about what has happened.
