@Bruno: I knew Porto was good. I like her a lot, but Tara was not herself in this fight. I just read Ben Fowlkes story about Invicta and she says that she couldn’t move. I think it’s the ring rust. She’s been away for a loooong time. And she’s 34 not 37 (my mistake), which makes ring rust be “rustier”.

Bruno: I though it would be a close fight but gave the nod to Porto because I did not think Tara could finish her and Porto would out work her.

Porta has some fast hands, I just wish she would of had more of a killer instinct when Tara was hurt.

great fight from both ladies. tara should alot of heart and guts. her leg was just wasted. good showing by porto; methodical, controlled, mixed up her strikes and punished tara. Great overall show from Invicta.

Porto’s standup looks slick. First time I’ve seen her fight, they say she’s mostly a grappler? Could be worth keeping an eye on.

The long layoff was too much for 37-year-old Tara. She was slow, rusty and out of shape. I hope that now that she is with Invicta, she can go back to training full time and finish her career on a strong note.

Bruno: I told you last week that Tara would have her hands full with that lady.
