This is the first known loss for Kimbo. It goes to show how much cardio training will help you outlast your opponent. Being able to punch hard and take a good hit is not always enough to pull you through in a fight. It’s hard to see in this fight video but Kimbo’s head was almost as lumped up as Gannon’s during the bout.
Kimbo has now moved on to true mixed martial arts fighting and it trying to make it up the heavyweight ranks.
