Unless you hold a similar rank in any martial art shut the F’up!! Segall has skills that any wise athlete can benefit from. Yes he’s old and out of shape but so are other great coaches. Remember not all great coaches were great fighters. With that said, I think Anderson is going to hand Chael his heart after he pulls it out of his chest!!! Anderson now knows what to work on facing Chael and so it’s going to be that much easier for him.
