Log in to Reply B-Real April 9, 2013 Stefan should cut weight and fight Jon Jones. Tied with Jones’s reach (84″)it could be a sick grappling match. Just an interesting match up to me. In my opinion, Jones is truely meant to be a heavy weight, he just has scrawny legs. When he fills out, he’ll end up in heavy weight. I really think the only guys that could beat him are already at heavy weight. Guys like Matt Mitrione and Travis Browne who are super powerful hitters and agile/quick on the feet could put a beating on Jones. Again, just my opnion. Struve should chase the LHW title instead. Such a sick fighter! Log in to Reply Meat Drapes April 9, 2013 I really like Struve and think he has plenty of talent but its strange how he has among the LOWEST fight IQ in the sport. It’s not like he’s a stupid guy he seems intelligent and articulate but his fight IQ is horrible. Perhaps he needs a better camp. He does allot of things wrong. Go develop some footwork Stefan! Log in to Reply inverteddickkick April 9, 2013 struve was 22 when he joined the ufc with a decent record, obviously they should have given him time to develop at that age, instead they fed him to JDS, roy nelson, travis browne. Log in to Reply INANEBIGNATE April 9, 2013 his last performance made me sick. Dude is 6’11 and has a monster reach and can not use his reach worth a crap. In his fight before hunt he showed at times during the fight he could use his reach but its like he would rather fight like a short man up close which makes no sense. I dont see how he will fight past 30 years old unless he drastically reduces the amount of punishment he takes every fight it is ridiculous. Even in fights he wins he gets busted up bad. I am a big fan of his and hopes he improves. Log in to Reply Dave April 9, 2013 the biggest mistake this guys does every single time is not using his distance with such limbs he could hit opponents with getting hit but he just doesn’t seem to learn. he needs new trainers no question about it. Log in to Reply marvelous mad madam mim April 9, 2013 lmao mediocre people are stupid. his entire game sucks ******* but yet he thinks hes one of the best int he world. i never understood why weekend hackers like to lie to tthemselves. start bowling ya douche! Log in to Reply tallandsincere April 10, 2013 Struve is a great fighter, very talented more so on the ground than standing. I agree he doesnt utilize his reach but people need to realise this guy is a giant and weighs 260lbs he isnt a jon jones style slim fighter, he is heavy footed. He gassed against Hunt he couldnt even hold his hands up. We will see an improved Struve come sept/oct Log in to Reply Leave a Reply Cancel reply You must be logged in to post a comment.
