Obvious the last guy (the arm wrestling guy) knew what he was doing. In arm wrestling, speed is a major factor. As soon as go is called, put opponent’s arm down as fast as possible. Always turn your body and have your arm in the same position in relation to your body when you put your arm down. Its body torque, not arm strength, that is the major factor. The second match was BS. The guy on the left had only about 3 inches to move to a win while the other guy had his arm extended (disadvantage before the match even started) and needed to move his arm at least 6-7 inches to get the win.
