He can’t be fighting in the highest level of MMA if he is not training exclusively MMA full time. Being “good” or “tough” doesn’t cut anymore. You need to be exceptional and armed combat training does very little for your ability to fight in the octagon. He heard about the hot babes in Sweden and wanted to get a jump on the other guys. Log in to Reply chiroguy April 14, 2012 Hard to tell whether that knockout was because Baha has dynamite in his hands or because Paulo ran full steam into the punch…Regardless, the way Thiago fell, it looked like he was dead!!! Log in to Reply kinghanneman April 14, 2012 Siyar…made me and all fellow afghans so proud and happy tonight! God bless you! Log in to Reply movieriter April 14, 2012 Right after they say he won five of his last six fights by knockout then BOOM face plant for Thiago! The left clipped him, got him off track just a little, then bam the right, he’s out… and a second right on the way down just for fun Log in to Reply fighter April 14, 2012 two hit fight Siyar hitting paulo and the paulo hitting the floor. Log in to Reply dave April 15, 2012 WOW that was some good fast aiming at his jaw! Log in to Reply MangyMongoose April 15, 2012 Crumpled. It reminds me of the Koscheck knockout. Log in to Reply bob April 15, 2012 I told everyone a while back to watch out for Iranian fighters; they are very good, but we haven’t been exposed to them. This guy is from Afghanistan (which was a province of Iran about 150 years ago – which is why they speak Persian there; the name “Afghanistan” is relatively new). Also Reza Madadi (Iranian) choked-out his opponent tonight. We’re already starting to see very good fighters with Iranic roots: Amir Sadollah Siyar Bahadurzada Reza Madadi Kamal Shalarus Gegard Mousasi (Persian-Armenian / ParskaHye) I don’t think we’ve even seen the cream of the crop from them: My brother went on a trip to Iran with the US Wrestling team years ago and said the MMA/Wrestling guys are awesome competitors. Log in to Reply ready4war April 15, 2012 aaaaand its all over! Log in to Reply FailSonnen April 15, 2012 I hate it when fighters land face first into the floor. There’s no way to save that from happening other than ‘don’t get it’. No way the ref can make it in time and highly unlikely that the opponent is going to catch him since its so sudden. Thats why I hated it when Jones choked Machida and dropped him like that because that was a different scenario due to the choke and was totally avoidable and the ref was there he could caught him. Log in to Reply Taki April 15, 2012 Oh man really wanted Paulo to win… Awesome debut from Siyar though, gonna be seeing alot more of this guy! Log in to Reply KungFuLowKick April 15, 2012 @StiknStik Stop trolling. Log in to Reply Twana April 15, 2012 ******* bob: Siyar is not Iranian, he is from Aghanistan and all those fighters you mentioned are from Afghanistan. So, stop ****ing around here spreading garbage lies the ways you persians are only stealing from others. pathetic. Log in to Reply josh April 15, 2012 or Erick Silva Log in to Reply kill666 April 15, 2012 nice punch by Siyar Bahadurzada but i got to say Paulo Thiago show a weak chin on this fight. Log in to Reply tobes April 15, 2012 reminds me of kimbo and seth petruzelli (the way that Paulo Thiago was running forward and then just got dropped cold) Log in to Reply NicksBrother April 15, 2012 Time to hang up the gloves and do the bope gig full-time. Log in to Reply casyboy April 15, 2012 after further reveiw..he shot him with a pistol to the temple, instant kill Log in to Reply mmafan11 April 15, 2012 WOW! Love to see this guy vs other top guys. Koshchek, etc, I think Condit would do the running man again making it a boring fight. Log in to Reply glassjoe April 16, 2012 PitFighterZ, you got it right on the money about Paulo. Log in to Reply milad April 16, 2012 hello siyar bahadorzada is ageat fighter and he howed he was a good fighter. i am so prowd of you siyar and hope to win your next fight. wow! Log in to Reply KungFuLowKick April 16, 2012 @kill666 He didn’t showed a weak chin he showed that getting punched by a guy who used to fight at 205 and still had KO power there will knock you out. This can guy can KO evrybody in 170 in the UFC if he catches them like that.
