He fought with a 44 year guy,wich has body and cadio condition damaged due to years of steroid use,and almost lost the fight

What the was wrong with both of them. Did they just sit on the couch for thier training. Ok colemans 44 years old, what was shoguns excuse. Even in the interview afterwards he was COMPLETELY out of breath still. I think i have better cardio then that.

I’m a big fan of Shogun but I was really,really disappointed in his performance against Coleman.He looked like shit.He should have finished him in round 1.Shogun’s not the same fighter he used to be in Pride and that’s sad because mainstream mma fans haven’t seen nothing impressive from him yet.I personally think he needs to work on his cardio and ground game.He could work a little on his boxing too.He’s looking reeeeaaaaal sloppy.
