That’s a big house in Brazil dudes. Shogun is a smart guy who is blessed with a gorgeous wife that decorates their house, buys his clothes, raises his daughter, and they have a cook for his meals. His house had many floors and was done tastefully modern. Shogun has a lot more swag than Nog. Nog must have pissed a lot of it away compared to Shogun.
