is nelson really the fat lazy slob they portray him as on TUF??

Gotta admit it has kinda turned me off him.. can understand what he is doing with the picks – you make your own future and here is your chance to make it – but it seems weak and crazy, as a coach he should be making these choices (but is scared he gets blamed for a bad fight).

although at least he supports and coaches his fighters cage side – carwin stays well away and has his “team” do it for him

And how stupid is the guy asking him if he thinks his job is on the line…Of course not idiot.He lost to the ex-UFC champ and current UFC champ,he’s not a newcomer losing 2 fights in a row on the undercard against unkown fighters…

I like Nelson as a fighter but I hate him as a coach.He trains Middleweights like he trains himslef.That’s wrong.Even Heavyweights shouldn’t train like Roy.

It’s harder to stay injury-free without the testosterone, eh Shane?

Bummer, I hope that’s not a factor in the fight. I can’t imagine how much worse Carwin’s cardio will be if his knee is injured. I agree with Iron_Cobra, if Carwin can’t knock out Nelson (maybe he can, maybe he can’t), then Nelson will get the win.

I don’t believe Shane can ko Nelson. I do know Carwin has a limited gas tank and Nelson will capitalize on that.
