percentage stats also mean absolutely nothing when scoring a fight, otherwise a fighter that lands his first punch should just try to survive the rest of the fight and win based on a 100% punch landed stat. After all, 50/100 is only 50%, and that’s only half of 100%. Why was that even brought up?

Diaz vs condit was never nicks ‘fight’ to lose. Nick scored less slaps then condit but Nick was there to fight not score points which makes him a winner in my books.

@lefthooklarry: Its called toeing the line…both of these girls toed the line, Condit just ran his ass away and pot shot Diaz all night, with peter pan punches…. but what U dont know obviously is that Diaz was the one making the fight taking all the risks coming in…literally chasing his ass!!! Diaz was trying to incite Condit by walking in with hands down etc, but Condit didnt toe the line for 1 SECOND! In the whole fight!!! Why didnt Condit toe the line? Cos hes scared of a pot-head thats why…dont be scared homie, he smokes pot…lmao…Condit and GSP sitting in a tree K, I, S, S, I, N, G…..match made in heaven.

Yeah i noticed, almost. But I do think the numbers were skewed on power shots, as Kaufman noticably hit Alexis a lot harder, which is why I believe the judges gave her the nod. The only reason.

2 nites women fights were exciting. This may be strikeforce’s niche. Exciting and good skills.

Diaz and Condit? What gives? Condit beat Diaz at his own game – who landed the most strikes? Who was quicker on their feet? Who had the game plan that put him once again in the championship match? I think it was the drug free fighter or the one that promotes the fights. yeah, I see why Diaz fans are frustrated – he lost. If Diaz was soooo much superior – he should have been able to catch Condit, maybe bull rushed him – come up with a better plan than everyone has to fight my fight. Poor game plan and was beaten by a superior opponent. CONDIT 159 strikes DIAZ 117. I guess Diaz has a full year to work on a new game plan like stay off the dope, get faster and hit your opponent more often.
