Stout took 2nd and 3rd…And I read the score was 30-27…but the score wasn’t announced because it was too embarrassing..Why all Brazilian judges?? We don’t need a shitload of other countries judges to judge.

Stout got completely f*****. Unanimous decision, you have got to be shitting me. Stout clearly won the 2nd and 3rd round. Absolutely disgusting judging on this fight.

No surprise. They are in Brazil. No decision would go against the Brazilian fighters. That fight was much as fixed as it go. Stout easily landed more shots and avoided more.
Fixed before the opening bell rang.

Its sad to see that a couple of early takedowns in a fight have more impact on a decision than anything that happens later in a fight. In short, Stout would have needed a knockout to make up for the ineffective takedowns early. IMHO, takedowns should be scored like a jab… if its not followed by punches or other damage to the opponent, how effective is it? Thanks Bruno!

Apparently there was a 30-27 score (or 2) and Buffer decided not to say it out loud not to cause a massacre.
It could have gone either way. I just think both are exciting fighters and this wasn’t a good fight for neither.

3rd Easily Stout.
I wouldnt mind seeing 29-28 for Tacares by all 3 judges but ignoring a round completly makes me think they had their score and winner picked after the 1st round.Maybe even before the fight.I dont even think Stout won that fight.But Tavares didnt win 30-27.I hate judges who don’t know what they are doing.It’s like if me or anybody here wanted to be airplane pilots without knowing what the hell to do and they actually let us drive planes…Even worst they wouldn’t take our licenses off and still make us drive important people.Something is crooked with MMA and the organisation who manages the judges.It’s like they can do anything with no consequences.Anybody here f**** up majorly at their job multiple times will get fired after a while.These judgs seem to be immuned to that.

Thiago did nothing but avoided getting hit and ran around the ring 2nd and 3rd round..Judges suppose to score on Octagon control and aggressiveness and clearly Stout had that.Thiago had nothing but swinging over hand rights and no takedown after Stout figured out the takedowns.The last 30 second of the 3rd should have cemented the win for Stout…..Fighting Stout who had 3 fight of the night awards and fighting a guy who lost 3 times already and if he lost that fight.Thiago would have to leave UFC for losing too many times.

All Stout nutters must have watched a different fight. Tavares won the 1st and 2nd round easy. 3rd round was close though.

I agree that the judging in Brazil is biased but I gave rounds 1 and 2 to Tavares.
What the hell was Stout’s corner telling him he was doing great for? They had to know he would have to lay it on the line and be much more aggressive to win in Brazil.

Tavares go round 1 easily and round 2, Tavares landed the harder shots and cut him… round 3 goes to Stout….so I dont know how u give Stout round 2, he did no damage, no hard blows…just pitter patter punches here and there….

american judges are not biased? there haven’t been numerous questionable calls that went against non-american fighters? give me a break people, stop acting like you are all high and mighty. and for the record, i am american but i can’t stand how if an american doesn’t win, then we assume that something is wrong with the system.
