This fight ends in one of the most drawn out knockouts I have ever seen. If this fight was in the UFC it would have been called a lot sooner. I am all for giving a guy a chance to recover but I would have stopped this one just a little sooner. No real harm was done so they can fight another day.
Wow, I’ve watched tons of MMA, boxing, football, etc. and that is still one of the most vicious things I’ve ever seen. I know Horodecki is the IFL’s posterboy but letting it go that long was stupid

Wow someone should fire that ref. That turned my stomach. I’ve seen some gruesome fights in my day, but that was uncalled for.
wtf was the ref doing, let that go way too long. He was clearly knocked out, and his left arm was trapped, he couldn’t defend himself if he wanted too

Chris Horodecki has taken serious beating in the past and has recovered. I think the like myself, the ref thought Chris will somehow get out of it. He was beaten fair & square.
its a good fight, the canadian guy only have 20 years! its ok for a title mach.

live and learn. I think the kid has been told too much crap from the people around him. He needs to keep taking on fights but with people at his level or just slightly higher. He took on an opponent that was far superior in both strength and experience. I think he Chris has a great future but not if he keeps taking on fights like this.

You guys who are bitching about the reffing should watch PFC DVDs sometime. They let that shit go on a lot longer in Japan.
Sure Horodecki was getting bombed on, but he was attempting to defend himself with his right arm the whole way. The ref did let it go on a touch too long in my opinion, but that’s a tough job and you don’t want to stop the championship bout too early either.
What an impressive manuver by Schultz.

Horodecki knocked out Schultz 14 months ago - Ryan Schultz may have improved since then, but Horodecki should not have been overmatched by any means.
Obviously they were the same weight, But, to me Schultz looked much bigger and more powerful than Horodecki..how strange?
Anyway, Im now gona try and find the video of their last fight.
chris is still a youngster the kid has raw talent . he is still one of my top favourite fighters. just goin to learn from this lose . and he probably was smaller then the other guy he is kind of “soft” (stealing from joe rogan)
what are some of you talking about, horedecski knocked him out with a leg kick the last time they met, he just lost this one point blank period.

don’t get me wrong all watch all mma organizations but…is it me or is there somewhat of a talent drop off when it comes to the ifl or other mma organizations, what does anyone think?

Horodecki has been an obnoxious prick–he got what he asked for. Karma bites us all in the ass (or the face, in this case)…
all you crybabies who think it didn’t get stopped soon enough……it’s quite obvious you have never been in the ring. That was not that big of a deal. you wanna see a bullshit fight that wasn’t stopped soon enough? check out rampage jackson and chuck liddell pt. 1 (pride FC). you can see the fight on break.com. or how about renato bobaloo sobral vs. david heath(ufc 74) that’s all I’m going to say.

That was sweet… Excellent reffing. All the sooks thinking it went too long, grow some balls and watch some more MMA. There are plenty of longer stoppages are far more brutal knockouts. Learn.

In 2 years i see him in UFC and in 5 years, with training in jiu-jitsu, he’ll be a force to reckon with
man.. he took 11 punches straight… and it wasnt soo bad.. he already knocked that guy out before.. he had to lose eventually
hordecki is a great fighter but his undefeated record to me got the best of him. He just thought he was unbeatable. Just have bounce back and train harder.

The ref’s call was fine in my opinion. Kid actually tried to block a few at first.
