One of my buddy is a personal trainer and weightlifter.He’s 5″6 and around 185-190.He’s huge and I’m pretty sure he does it naturally.But he also only lifts weights everyday and it’s his only training.I can’t imagine a guy who lifts weights as much as him and can do grappling and sparring training without steroids.I’m not saying you can’t lift weight and train in MMA but that size needs alot of weightlifting hours.

Lombard is 100% on something too, just look at him, he just has a better chemist! Most of the guys are taking stuff anyway, the best way to stop it is with olympic style testing, randomly; even then they can get around it with sophisticated techniques.

@TheKungFuLowKick come on man really?are you that new to the world you don’t know there are tons of shorter people in the world that are huge naturally.If they are not they can build themselves up naturally even though palhares did not.wake up man it all depends on the person.Your probably one of those that says fedor is too small or serra or many others yet they compete just fine,it all depends on the person.

Palhares used testosterone, and Beltran used Nandrolone??? I was expecting it to be the other way around…

Nandrolone is used in the treatment of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women and is an anabolic steroid.
The International Olympic Committee has set a limit of 2.0 μg/L of 19-norandrosterone in urine as the upper limit, and will be interesting to see the UFC limit and Beltran’s level, right?
Beltran will proboubly argue his case with contaminant in commercial preparations of androstenedione, which until 2004 was available without a prescription as a dietary supplement in the U.S. … But guys, it was almost 10 years ago…

And yes, Igor would win that match if Joey was clean and he and all the others in same position should get at least NC… Dana should take 50% of Beltran’s purse right away!!!
