@ bob I tried drinking it with water at first but it’s close to impossible. Best is to take teaspoons of it, I can’t imagine taking a full shot lol. You also have to get the organic ACV with “the mother” which provides the various health benefits.

Apple cider vinegar was being used as a cleanse or detox. It helps get rid of excess mucus in the body and returns the body to a more healthy Ph balance more alkaline than acidic. You can take lemon juice too.As for colds/allergy..take some quercetin..powerful anti-oxidant.You can get some for free but just pay for shipping at frs.com….I did and can see how you can workout longer with no muscle soreness/fatigue .Quercetin is pretty good! The chews kick ass.

That vinegar is not as bad as they make it out they just drank 2 much at 1 time they should have done tblspoon shots a few minutes apart to let the burning stop its different than shooting liquor. To much at 1 time and your stomach will bounce it back out.
