I found myself trying to flex my abs the whole time but I couldn’t make it thru. And that was without a medicine ball berating me. Kinda like when I’m holding my breath while someone’s under water in a movie. And when I can’t do that either, I’m like, “Damn, and I didn’t even have to swim around while panicking.”
