I think the ref should let the arm break if the fighter doesn’t tap So Bad Call! Submissions are different from KO’s

I don’t know if I’d assume she was a one trick pony at this point. It doesn’t take much knowledge to understand that judo utilizes a lot more submissions than just an armbar and she’s a bronze medalist in judo. From that, I’d have to assume that she’s well-versed in other submissions (likely more well-versed in them than a lot of other MMA female fighters) but just hasn’t gone out of her way to use them to win a fight. Ronda herself said she knows other subs but just hasn’t used them as of yet. Is she a one-trick pony or has she just given us just a sampling of what she is really capable of? Time will tell. With Liz, we might also get a chance to see what type of chin Ronda has…and that makes a difference since a fighter has to be able to take damage as well as give it out.
