You need a lot of practice in both and a lot of fights, but so far, both gi and no-gi training have showed close results. So, like Roger said, go with what works for you.

I respect Rogers philosophy and his accomplishments, but I am curious about something. If he is looking to have a career in MMA, why is he training in a Gi?
