im wondering why cain hasnt defended his title even once. is he injured??? he hasnt fought one time since he beat brock. that was a well over a year ago. if u look on the ufc schedule its nowhere to be found. i thought dos santos after tuf season was gettin a shot. wtf. and oh yeah, waaaaaar big nog!!!

You have to like Big Nog he is so classy and gives such beautiful examples to express what he’s trying to say. He even motivated me not to give up on my dream even though I’m up in age. “If you can train and hang with the young guys you can easily transfer that into a real fight!!”
