I looked at that in slow motion about ten times. It appears he whiffs completely but still manages to plant the dude on his face. My only guesses are glancing shot with the knee as it goes overhead or a shot to the neck with his other elbow. Either way it had to be an equilibrium shot because the connect just wasn’t obvious.
