Franklin has decent submission skills, enough to keep Matt on his toes. Matt’s are largely untested. Matt definitely wins in the wrestling department.

Franklin is at heart a wrestler/striker, and we did see Matt get picked on in his last fight while on his feet, so look for Rich to take advantage of holes in Hamill’s standup.

Hamill will have to use his superior takedown abilities and a brutalizing clinch to wear Rich down.

Should be a good fight.

I see alot of body punches in hamill’s future.Every time he see’s a punch coming he puts his hands up like he’s beeing held up.Rich needs to fuck those ribs up.

Hamill and Franklin is a bad match-up for both fighters. Yes, Hamill will lose but not his fault, he is not ready for this caliber of fighter. Rich shouldn’t have to fight Matt. So what if he is fighting at 205. If for some dumb fluke he loses it would really hurt his credability. In the end it is 2 good guys fighting eachother and I really don’t think we are going to walkaway feeling good about the fight and outcome. Bad choice Dana.

I know who Black Gerbil is. I was paying homage to him, while expressing my hopeful opinion on this fight.

Bulldog made a pretty good point, but I don’t like Hamill enough to care if he loses. All Rich needs to do is keep his distance.

This is bad match up for Franklin. Hamill has nothing to lose and will try to take it to decision with his wrestling. Don’t anybody think Hamill’s a going to roll over. He’s a strong fighter Rich better be ready. Hamill will sit on him for three rounds!
