Log in to Reply had_to_say_it April 3, 2012 Frisky? Log in to Reply Shaikan April 3, 2012 Its pretty funny the uneducated trash the media puts out about MMA. Log in to Reply amosaback April 3, 2012 Honestly, a lot more of that type of story would educate people (an many ignorant fans) that MMA is brimming with technique and not just mahem and violence. Log in to Reply Rick April 3, 2012 Reporter,”Ha ha, I got a little too frisky there” What man would say that? Log in to Reply PRESIDENT EISENHOWER April 3, 2012 As soon as I clicked play on the video I said oh shit this is probably gonna be shitty, but all aside Im just glad the reported didnt bash the sport. I think if you let sane pro fighters give an mma 101 crash course on anyone who thinks its “human cf”, it’ll change their minds. Just dont let forrest or cyborg give the crash courses. Log in to Reply ThatDude April 3, 2012 Reporter guy enjoyed that a lil bit to much Log in to Reply failsonnen April 3, 2012 @amosaback: yeah But news studios have been doing guest appearances at martial arts clubs for years Log in to Reply Iron Lung April 3, 2012 I love this reporter’s old school cheesy ass Anchorman voice. Ariel could learn a thing or two from this dude. Log in to Reply TroutSniffer April 3, 2012 MMA is full of mayhem and violence! Log in to Reply stu11 April 3, 2012 What an uninformed Douche. But I suppose you sunshine fans wouldn’t know that. Log in to Reply IKnives April 3, 2012 ^^^@HaVok How bout Vale Tudo? Anything Goes? Come into the light. We can call it anything but nothing. It will never end. It will be something different again too. How about for a new one; Super Extreme Ultimate Mixed Marital Arts Fight Combat League??? Log in to Reply woah April 3, 2012 @ HaVoK Truth Log in to Reply Dusty April 3, 2012 @Havok, Actually it was called Vale Tudo long before it was called MMA or Ultimate Fighting. Plus, this is a fox channel and since the UFC has a huge contract with fox they want to get that branding into the segment. Log in to Reply greengiant April 4, 2012 come on the reporter was not that bad.most reporters are a little douchy but at least this guy was willing to roll around a bit. Log in to Reply VisionQuest April 4, 2012 lil too frisky is right, lol. Son, I ever tell you when I beat up that Ultimate Fighter guy? ….=-) lmao Log in to Reply PitfighterZ April 4, 2012 @IKnives: haha. I like it! Seriously, though: How about we just call it fighting? That’s how we called it during my vale-tudo days. Vale tudo was just a way to say “no rules.” Although even that was not really true; with the exception of a few very low-brow fights, I was never allowed to poke someone’s eyes or hit the throat. Kicks and punches to the balls was generally accepted, though. (Including in the first UFCs.) Go figure… Log in to Reply Pope April 4, 2012 That guy is a complete idiot. On the upside Rashad did a great job explaining the sport and acted very professional. Log in to Reply Pope April 4, 2012 That guy is a complete idiot. If you are reporting something, a least ****in educate yourself a bit on the topic, I thought that is reporting 101.
