There were NO fighting techniques that were invented by Bruce Lee or by anyone else after he died, get off the Gracie’s and Steven Seagal’s nuts! The techniques guys learn today are the same techniques being taught in the 1960′s, the guys today actually learn fewer sport specific techniques because they are only training to compete in the sport of mma with all of it’s rules! Jeet Kun Do isn’t one particular martial art.Bruce Lee did some kung fu, judo,boxing,basicly everything that was known internationally at his time.He would learn the same technics guys learn today if he was from our era.

JJ is a decent fighter. But his main advantage is that he is TALL so your fists are too far from his face and he is LONG so he can hit you from far away without being in danger. Mix that in with good (but not great) fighting skills and you have JJ and why he is hard to beat. He has good wresting, good elbows, and chokes. His leg kicks and strikes are mostly just to soften people up for the finish.
