aww i wish roy jones would of talked. when RJJ got kod by tarver, roy made it to his feet by the 7 count and the stupid f***** ref still called the fight. basically i stopped watching boxing after that and became full fledged mma

When Evans says hes gonna win the fight at the end of the video, thats the only time I ever saw him look away from the camera. Im no psychology major, but usually when someone says something they don’t believe the body tends to give off some gesture. Not saying that pertains to that, but just putting it out there.

It’sreally a shame the disrepect Rashad gets. People forget he has only lost one fight in his career while fighting the very top names in the business. I hope Rashad wins this and shows once again in the UFC any fighter can lose on any given night.

I do very much agree with Anon for the most. I used to think shad was cocky, “wannabe ghetto” which is almost how I feel about Jon now because of the fact that shad is truly more humble now because of Lyoto. I know Jon doesn’t try to be it, but he hides it…. shows it… like the whole 50 cent shizt, so butt hurt that he no longer uses 50 for entrance music. He wants the black street cred but still wants to be the clean cut poster boy. It’s fine if it truly is, how he is, but at times it seems contradicting (of course, yin/yang) and contrived.
One of the only times I am actually rooting for ‘Shad even though I would not lay any money on him for the life of me. I never liked him and still don’t quite “like” him.

I always like to see how fighters are one on one, and having met Rashad in Atlanta when he fought Chuck, I can personally say he was a stand out guy and respectful to all who wanted to meet him and get an autograph. The cameras and media catch these fighters at so many different times and therefore moods, I think people can judge too quickly at times with what they’re seeing.

I felt that Rashad was going to lose when he fought Chuck. Chuck was still the man and Rashad was up and coming. Next thing you know, “BOOM!!!” Chuck is out! I feel the same way. How is he possibly going to beat an unbeatable person? But, learning what I did about Rashad from the Chuck fight, I won’t bet against him. It’ll be a good fight but I believe that somehow, Rashad will win.
