The Ultimate Fighting Championship 15 video of Randy Couture vs Vitor Belfort. The fight was way back in October of 1997 at the Casino Magic in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi.

Randy always has been my Fav fighter. Wish we could have him fight soon. I hope the Drama with him and the UFC gets over with soon.

Vitor was on the juice when this fight occurred. He was too heavy and gassed quickly. This fight was considered somewhat of an “upset” at the time. Good stuff.

What an ass-whooping at the end there. The old rules with knees and kicks to the head of the downed opponent, the long rounds, and with the stoppage that came about a minute after it would if the fight were to happen today…Vitor got messed up. Great fight til he gassed out.

Couture was just smarter and way more experienced then Vitor, he proved that technique could beat physique.

Hopefully Vitor comes back to good form after all the stuff that has happen to him.

Great fight from Randy. Can not wait til Randy go up against Fedor but my money is on Fedor. Already betting $1,000 in Fedor against Tim Silvia, cant wait for the fight at the Honda Center.

Love the old days. Looking back I reckon this was one of the first true “future” MMA bouts, set the tone for what was to come. Both had skills way before their time. Great fight from two legends.

His sister got kidnapped and killed in Rio later on just to make things worse.

Amazing fighter he made people who didnt know anything about Vale tudo in Brazil realize that Brazilians could box etc.

Fun fighter to watch, lots of respect to him.

vitor belfort was the st pierre of the day, what happened didnt he get caught roiding now he comes off as a looney in his interviews cant wait to see how he does the 19th im rooting for him.. ill even put money on him ahhh hes fighting terry martin never mind
