Impressed by Randy’s strategy;Greco-Roman counts for a lot here in terms of neutralising Brock whose big advantage is weight.If u contrast this fight with Mir2 you have to ask yourself if the jj would work against a pro-wrestler who can pin as well as Brock and pound away as he did. Am very impressed with Randy.
Fedor has all angles covered;he could definitely out-punch Brock and take a punch or two. Submissions are a real possiblilty too.
That said there is that 60ib weight advantage
of Brock but I question his cardio after 2 rounds of being pounded by fedor who would spot Brock’s foot-placing which is a bit tenuous at times.
Ach! It won’t happen. Brock is crock and may be floored for another year with the mono.

Brock is 65 lbs heavier then randy in this match. Brock cut weight to get to the 265 lbs. I guarantee he dropped about 20 lbs of water before the weigh in. If they had been closer in weight, randy would have taken him. Plus randys 45 years old. Whats brock, like 27 or 28. Come on. Fedor would eat brock alive.

I love dana and the UFC but this is bullshit. It’s true that Randy’s “old” and past his prime so it’s not an overwhelming surprise that Lesnar won but the fact that this f****** meathead is a HW champ? Brock f****** lesnar? This is the biggest joke ever. Sure Lesnar is big and strong but the HW division is total bullshit.. can’t wait to see someone who can actually fight and not just rely on his size to F*** him up in the octagon.

Brock has said numerous times that MMA is less physically challenging than pro wrestling, so he has a huge advantage just from that against any purely MMA fighter. Pro wrestling may have a fixed outcome but you take so many backbreaking injuries and have to keep going to make the plot of the show work — very different from a refereed and licensed fight. Ever been hit with a metal folding chair or had to take a fall onto concrete?
