Very classy guy, UFC hall of famer and now actor as well! Well done Randy! His most impressive accomplishment so far though (which I highly doubt will ever be seen again by anybody, except maybe Hendo but not likely) is the fact that he competed at the highest level until he was 48 yrs old!!! That’s just outstanding.

@ BJJ7777 – Bernard Hopkins and George Foreman also competed at extremely old ages at the highest levels of boxing. Boxing is a different sport though. Both of those fighters had ways of being very plodding and effective though slow. Randy also developed interesting tactics to take away his opponent’s speed, however I believe that explosion and athleticism are possibly even more important in MMA than in boxing. Randy is such an inspiration and a gentleman. Great ambassador of the sport

Thank you Randy for explaining your thoughts on TRT… i agree, people need to learn how to naturally boost your own bodies production of testosterone. Nutrition is a big factor in keeping your test levels running smooth. Once you see guys like Todd Duffee applies for TRT then you know something is going wrong.

@greengiant..it actually is a fact..maybe if you were more than a fan and were a part of training camps for last 10 years then you already know this…but google it brother it has been published before maybe 5 or 6 years ago..but how do you think his old teamates like hendo and chael just popped up on trt??Not trying to discredit him at all I mean it is very natural to look younger than you did in your 30′s when your in your mid 40′s ..just dont be critical of others that are doing what you have done and for something that you are initially the pioneer of in mma.

@tobes please don’t compare Randy couture and George foreman to Randy Couture. Randy has all my respect, but he was not competing that the same world class level as bernard hopkins was in boxing. Hopkins was fighting the best in the weight division. Randy fought vera (he should have lost), Marc Coleman, James Toney (joke, and the blackblet he received for submitting toney was a joke as well) and then he fought Lyoto and got completly outclassed. I know it sounds like i’m bashing Randy, but if you look at all Hopkins wins and losses, it was against top guys and even in his losses, they were exteremly close controversial losses.

Randy practiced acting wayy before his movie debut , like the staged act with tim sylvia…most people don’t know this about himm but i lost respect for him after that, because its expected that he win but he didn’t have to play along and ruin his reputation all for the comeback.

I like how some of you experts throw the “facts” around like you know them. I’ve known Randy for almost 20 years and even I don’t claim to “know the facts.” The guy is the classiest guy to ever enter the cage but some of you tools will always find something to hate on. But wait, I’m sorry, you have all the “facts.” What a joke.
