Rua by Ko/Tko before the end of round 4…if its a 5rounder, if not before the end of 3rd 😀 Log in to Reply Anon March 14, 2012 Adios “quittin” Rampage Jackson. See you in the movies because your fight career is not relevant any longer. Log in to Reply wow March 14, 2012 Whats the point! Log in to Reply steve March 14, 2012 I don’t think that Quinton has cared in a very long time about being serious and getting the win. He shows up for a paycheck and that is it! He has become the next Bob Sapp. Log in to Reply ace March 14, 2012 Two past their prime fighters, neither one championship material anymore. But could be a good show for old time sake. Log in to Reply stepTOF March 14, 2012 @ace – How can you say shogun is past his prime and isn’t championship material anymore… He lost a decision to dan henderson (which many, including dana said was a tie) Dominated forest griffin with a knockout and losing to jon jones (which…who isn’t losing to jon jones?) …and before that knocking out the champion at the time lyoto machida (to win the belt himself) I still think he has the drive/skills to be a champion again….rampage..(as big of fan as i am of him) don’t think the same about him Log in to Reply TheMMAmaster March 14, 2012 Should be a nice win for Shogun after he got beat down by Hendo. Rampage is pretty much done with fighting high level guys. I think the fans are sick of him making excuses and blaming everyone else for his short comings. Bye bye Rampage Log in to Reply KungFuLowKick March 14, 2012 How can a brutal knockout be considered a gift?? Log in to Reply Oldassgrappler March 14, 2012 Rampage will lose and use the “I was injured” excuse. Aren’t we all. But anyways thanks for the Pride memories. Log in to Reply MMAGiantSilva March 14, 2012 Not sure who wins this Bader would beat Shogun also. I say Rampage that fight 10 yrs ago is between them is pretty meaningless TBH. Rampage, than we can hear more excuses from Shogun and his sorry ass fans. Log in to Reply perulives March 14, 2012 @ace I seriously laughed at your comment. Shogun is not past his prime Log in to Reply SEAN_VANCE March 14, 2012 Rampage’s style is like Tito Ortiz’s style…old and ineffective…. Log in to Reply wow March 14, 2012 Ha calling Shogun past it is a little harsh. Bones is just a beast and is making people look like amatuers Log in to Reply ibunn March 14, 2012 Congrats on the win shogun. Quinton “pay check” Jackson should of called it quits already he hasn’t been the same fighter in a while Log in to Reply axl782 March 14, 2012 nice soccer kicks! i think shogan wasn’t in good shape against hendo. its time to retire rampage!!! Log in to Reply JoeDog March 14, 2012 Whatever….. Log in to Reply MMAMessiah March 14, 2012 Maybe Tito and Rampage can meet up in another promotion. Those two guys have the most excuses after fights of any fighters I’ve ever heard. Log in to Reply julian moran March 14, 2012 I do not like this fight. Old pride fighters fighting other old pride fighters is just not very interesting. They also tend to have the same fan base, who do not want to see either lose. Shogun has nothing to win from this fight. Rather have Shogun fight/ko Bader. That fight makes more sence as another pride old school vs ufc new school fight. Log in to Reply FRINGEclass March 14, 2012 stepTOF , ditto my friend ditto. Well said. Log in to Reply Newfie Jitsu March 14, 2012 Hey Bruno? Think we could get the Rampage and Shogun’s first fight? Bruno: http://www.mmatko.com/mauricio-shogun-rua-vs-quinton-rampage-jackson-mma-video-pride-fighting-28-knockout/ Log in to Reply jassmo March 14, 2012 one word hype Log in to Reply drewblood March 14, 2012 @Mongos exactly. Rampage had an awesome career, so many entertaining fights…. this is a perfect one for him to end it and go down guns blazin. Log in to Reply C$ March 14, 2012 If rampage beat shogun. Haha. What are the odds? -400, -500? Log in to Reply mmaboxingfan2 March 14, 2012 Rampage tells the truth on some stuff but complains too. Also hes very lazy but he could really be hurt. Log in to Reply Ruddo293 March 14, 2012 Rampage is so ungrateful… When he went on a rampage on the streets of LA and was arrested, Dana white flew there with cash in hand to bail him out. I’d call that a very good boss! I’m sure if i was arrested for anything, the last person who’d bail me out would be my boss. Karma is gonna bite him where the sun don’t shine. I hope Shogun knocks him out.. He went to Japan to party, not to fight. Stay out late at those those clubs singing those weak songs. Log in to Reply Tempted March 14, 2012 Rampage isn’t getting knocked out. He might get TKOed. Shogun is still a beast. Not a title contender, but a beast none the less. He would be the perfect first fight for Roy Nelson at 205. Log in to Reply robj4y March 14, 2012 nice 😉 ———- @KungFuLowKick Says, How can a brutal knockout be considered a gift?? Log in to Reply tobes March 14, 2012 Geez one bad loss and you all completely turn on a fighter. I’m disappointed he lost his last fight, but seriously, who here has tried to train hard when injured. It’s downright impossible without re-aggravating the injury. Rampage is right. For the Japan card, Joe Silva should have matched Rampage up with a striker. A healthy, motivated Rampage beats Bader any day. Page looked very good against Bones. Shogun also looked good against Forrest. Ace you are blowing chunks and should go look in the mirror. This will be a great match-up. Shogun might edge the decision. I suspect Page is not completely done with the UFC. They brought Tito back for heaven’s sake. Log in to Reply juniordoslightout March 15, 2012 I think rampage “beat” machida and so did shogun not that long ago. Machida was the #2 LHW in the world But if the rampage that fought jones(rampage at 100%) and the Shogun that fought machida show up I’m thinking it could go either way but it’ll be a great fight. Rampage trained hard for jones and if he does again watch out I think him and machida were the only two people who had any suck-sess against jones. Log in to Reply fight4money March 15, 2012 shogun vs rampage was the most satisfying beatdown i have ever witnessed you can tell by the look of his eyes he quit Log in to Reply The Llama March 15, 2012 I hate this. I think Rampage vs Tito would be more exciting. Always wanted to see that fight. Since neither will return to a belt (or the UFC) I say do it.. Log in to Reply lee wycherley March 16, 2012 rampages last 4 fights have been against wrestlers now he has the chance to stand and bang this will be 1 of the greatest fights these wrestlers eg sonnen just lay and pray and hope to get dec every time where as rampage always looking to finish the fight Log in to Reply Newfie Jitsu March 16, 2012 thanks for the fight vid Bruno! Shogun VS rampage1 Log in to Reply adambomber March 16, 2012 @ those making comments saying Rampage will be knocked out…when is the last time Rampage was knocked out? ten years ago? People also said that Wandy was going to ko Rampage because of what happened in the first fight…lol..and we see how that turned out… The fact is, Rampage only got finished in the ufc by jon jones, and Jones has dominated everyone. And that wasnt a knockout. Fact is Rampage has better chance of ktfo shogun than vice versa…. just because he loses a few decisions, and cannot beat jones doesnt mean he isnt a good fighter…hell he lasted longer against jones that shogun did Log in to Reply jkdkilla March 21, 2012 I love Rampage but after the fallout with his original camp he has never been the same, not saying he is not a good figther. So I got to agree with everyone else, bye bye Page have fun trying to score movie roles. He’s got a good training facility so he should stick to training fighters for the orgs. Log in to Reply jkdkilla March 21, 2012 Maybe he should try to get a seat next to Rogan commentating. Log in to Reply Leave a Reply Cancel reply You must be logged in to post a comment.
