@tooch911 Your opinion is very uneducated because if you are comparing Maynards punches and Bendo’s kicks to Jose’s striking then you got me LMFAO!!!! You cant compare any fighter to Jose in any part of the fight game.. Jose is on another level.. He is a master of striking. Frankie has never fought somebody like Jose, EVER!!! Frankie Edgar’s stand up, he has hands sometimes. I think Frankie has 1 knockout when he punched Gray Maynard… Jose’s stand up, he can finish you with everything, his elbows, knees, shins, feet , fists.. He has knocked people out with punches, kicks, flying knees, etc… He just brings more to the fight and if Frankie stands with him, he is getting KTFO!!!

That seems like a good call to me… Not to take anything away from Edgar, but I can definitely see Aldo putting him away. If Edgar is going to pull it off, he’ll either have to find “the Answer” to Aldo’s leg kicks, or else end it early enough that the the damage to his legs doesn’t accumulate. On the other hand, if Edgar can manage to respond well to the kicks n push the pace Aldo has shown that cardio can be an issue for him, where Edgar appears to never be worn out… at least at lightweight… This could be an awesome fight though.

I see Edgar taking this. Aldo would be too afraid to use his kicks in fear of being taken down by a superior wrestler. Edgar has the footwork, the boxing skills and cardio to edge Aldo by decision. Mark my word!
