IS that even legal. IF it is it shouldn’t be lmao. I am pretty confident you can not do that outside of the ONE FC org. Kinda dumb to allow it completely nullifies a submission guys game when you just use your heel and heel him in the mouth haha.
Doesn’t the ref have to signal for a legal heel strike?!?

possible grey area between what is a heel strike and a push to escape. plus if you’re gonna go for a heel hook and tear someone’s acl out, then be prepared to eat some blows

Not legal, but not that bad. I got worse than that when I dropped 265lbs on my lip while weight training with an oblivious spotter(LA Dodger’s first baseman Russ Mitchell back in high school).

Then it just means that certain submission is not that effective in a real fight scenario.They have soccer kicks in One FC,so the submission guys need to think of that before throwing every technic they have.If a guy is about to mangle my leg and probably injure me for life,a couple of heel smashes are not that bad compared to a mangled leg.
