I love it how some people tell him to go train instead of making these videos but when they say that they are sitting on their ass watching a video…The athletes that train the most will have 3 sessions and it will usually be 8-9 hours of training a day.Normal people sleep 8 hours a day so they are left with a whole other 8 hours not training.What do you want him to do train when he doesnt train??It’s not like these 1 minute videos would take all of his training time.
