Olaf Alfonso is an odd fellow. He fought for years in underground fighting matches and did well until he started running up against quality opponents at bigger shows. He is now known more for his getting knocked out than his unsanctioned fighting bouts.

i think odd fellow is an understatement. He’s proud of not lifting weights, training, and sparring in 8 years and is bragging about 9 broken noses? hmmm. The worst part is when he said i get my technique from meditation, wtf, after braking his nose the ninth time he should be able to tell that whatever that “technique” is, its not working for him. that being said i personally used to enjoy watching pride more than the ufc due to the unpadded rules. to bad the owners could never get their shit together. ufc and pride were like coke and pepsi. now that prides gone were all are forced to drink pepsi. we need another quality choice. its not fair to force the best fighters into pepsi(ufc) and if they dont accept they have to settle for something smalltime like RC cola(cage rage, elite xc, ect). we need two main shows for the sport. best anology i could think of. RIP pride, but keep the videos coming
