Many people consider the Norifumi “Kid” Yamamoto vs Kazuyuki Miyata fight to be the quickest finish in MMA.
The fight was called at 4 seconds into to the first round but that was after the last punch Kid hit him with on the ground. The time should have been counted after the flying knee took Miyata out. Possibly making the fight as short as 2 seconds.
Yamamoto will be fighting in the K-1 Dynamite event Sunday December 31st in Osaka, Japan.
