lester is just bad, I am not trying to be an internet warrior, but I mean seriously he has been dominated in all of his fights.

I needs to work on his technique, I find it strange that he was working with Hendo and could not even get that take down… Hendo seemed to be a bad coach on the show anyway, just sorta sat around and expected the guys to just learn on their own I guess.

Both fighters are very raw, but you can’t really expect anything much different from TUF.
Both of them can improve a lot and become better fighters, but I don’t see them getting better than the actual finalists (w/ the exception of that weakass Damarques).

Too bad for Frankie, he was fighting for a lot. I hope he’s walking out of this experience with things he knows he needs to change and grow in so we can see him again. He’s got more heart than most people that step into that cage.

I expect Nick to do well in the UFC. No title run or anything but, I think he’ll be able to hold is own against anyone unless a wrestler decides to guida him. But if he fights someone that comes to fight then I think he’ll fair well.

This was pretty funny… Although it’s cool to see a female referee (hey, if guys can ref women’s fights, women can ref men’s fights. It’s not like she’s gonna have a hard time outclassing steve mazzagatti).

I was thinking the same thing. But unless it’s not two huge fighters in there, i don’t see a problem. Any male ufc referee would have a harder time pulling brock lesnar or cheick kongo off of an opponent than a female ref would ahve with a light- or welterweight…

Ref’s are not suppose to physically pull fighters off each other. They run in and yell or put their body in between the fighters to break up the fight when it is over. It is the fighter’s job to listen to the ref’s instructions. I don’t see why a female ref can’t do that in any weight class.

Lester had every opportunity to win this. He caught Nick’s kick, had his back while standing, didn’t use his back or legs at ALL trying to take him down, his punches got sloppy, he threw about 2 kicks just for the hell of it, and he has ZERO striking defense.

That’s bad news for someone as injury prone as Frank “The Tank” Lester. If anyone looks at his fights and not his physique and attitude, he is just about the worst fighter ever to go through that show. He got into the house on a fluke win, got another fluke win, and otherwise got his ass pretty solidly handed to him in every single fight.

When I watch him fight, or speak, I feel like I’m watching “Jack” starring Robin Williams; a 5 year old trapped in an adult man’s body. I never want to see this loser on television again; willingness to get your face beat in is not a viable quality in the UFC, or at least it shouldn’t be if Dana White wants to see MMA grow as a legitimate sport rather than basically televised bumfights.
