Nick shows you can use your strength in grappling if you have some skills. The women I was in Judo with for a while that had more experience and some of the smaller guys I could out strength with a little technique but you still have to have some technique. Ronda will be ridiculously good but she is not ready for Cyborg or Carano yet.

If you you focus on the content the Diaz brothers have good insights and are almost always respectful of other fighters. Ronda is real naturally pretty. Wowee!

Nick ability to engage the person interviewing him in improving. you , I generally don’t like the Diaz brothers, but they’re starting to grow on me, particularly Nick.
Rounsey’s ground game is pretty excellent, her transitions were fluid as hell.
