Wacky Christian jibberish. It’s hard to imagine, but people really do believe in this crap, and to such an extent that they permanently illustrate their bodies (and minds) with biblical nonsense. If he wins, praise Jesus. If he looses, it was God’s will to challenge him train harder etc. Blah blah blah…dry heaving….

Some of you guys are just too funny…if you didn’t like it, hit the back command on your browser. Why comment on it…no one blast you for what you don’t believe.

But one day you may end up in a situation where your life is gonna come to an end and it may be not the way you intend. For some of you, you may be lucky and it will happen fast, but for the most of us it will be slow. You will reason with yourself…and realize you don’t want to pass away and you will turn to God and ask him to somehow save you for your predicament. It will be that day, that I hope it comes to the forefront of your mind that you don’t believe in God. I’m not here to preach, but respect those who have a belief and if you don’t that’s fine. Everyone’s time will come, just be ready in whatever you believe in. As for Ben Henderson, I commend a man who stands for what he believes and has the right to show and say that…just as you have the right not to believe in what Ben does. Either way just respect it.

@Big Fish: I have no respect for organized religion and the sheep they heard around our world. They cause ridiculous atrocities in the name of their god, with not a shred of scientific proof of its existence.

If, more specifically, Christianity and Islam had no effect on my life, I wouldn’t have such a hate-on for it. But it DOES effect my life and the lives of millions of people.

Ben Henderson has every right to show us what he believes in. Just like I have every right to ridicule and mock someone who’s ideas carry as much weight as people who think Elvis is still alive, or that A giant philly cheese steak cruises the cosmos controlling our fate.

Notice the use of a potentially hopeless moment as proof. “when there’s a gun to your head…” “on your death bed…” As though they won’t be searching for the same certainty of knowing exactly what will become of them when the body shuts down. Certainty feels good. So does faith. Both are instrumental for passively accepting death.

Also, real quick, it’s interesting how the rhetoric of believers and non-believers has somehow become the same. On the one side, science disproving many of the myths of religion, while the devoted point to how many myths of science are still left unsolved as validation of their beliefs. Both doubting the other’s position. Both faithful to their own.
