Great knockout, by the trainer I mean. Herman needs to spend less time doing cable flies and more time running up hills. And if a guy is punching you in the head, the best thing to do is not to turn around and casually walk away with your hands down.

He would have won that fight if it was at the UFC. Herman got off about 4 unanswered head shots before Choi defended. More than cardio Herman should work on his RNC. He should have had him there.

He took a beating to get that win. Herman blew his load in the 1st round. Oh well i guess he is a 2nd Tier fighter.

Choi is in no way a top Heavyweight but he is a fun fighter to watch. He has a great chin and a lot of heart. He is really hard to stop and he’ll keep fighting. In the heavyweight division at the mid level it is full of big guys with bad gas tanks, Choi wont stop so he pulls out the win. Just like his fight with Soa Palelei. Choi is like a Korean Fujita.
