Thanks for the video, and yeah it is motivating. I think motivation is what I struggle with the most. I don’t know if it’s old age, complacency, or what but it is super hard to keep getting up all stiff and sore and going to the gym day in and day out. The key for me is to stay active in bjj or mma outside of the gym. Watching videos or reading ideas keeps me hungry. Anyways I put up a similar post on my blog about losing motivation, 10 Days of BJJ, it’d be cool if you came by and checked it out.
