Kenny is so money…on this show and as a fighter. Haha..the Mcneil bashing is relentless, covering always the majority of the comments…makes me laugh. Can always get Mauro Ranallo in there too and i think he’s already with espn. Really like the mma nutrition/training segment they do. I severely doubt BJ is taking his 45-1h post workout window of opportunity to consume low glycemic carbs….that fat fuck is going to get tooled!!!
