Great great show! Man, Bonnar is one funny dude and he’s pretty smart when it comes to MMA. Kenflo is also awesome, it’s cool that he is already back in the studio even though he just fought. Of course, there was less of McNeil….yay! He slows down the show with his obvious MMA statments. Keep up the good work!

They should put it on ESPN2. For many years I watched Friday Night Fights on ESPN2…since the Freddy Roach days. Its time to have the same thing done for MMA. Run the show along with two fights on ESPN2 on Friday nights and you got a winner.

Here is the thing Wnaderlei trains with damien Maia but he is also a good friend with anderson silva how will he be able to help train his friend to fight his friend if the Maia silva fight happens

Wanderlei and anderson use to both train at chute boxe and when wanderlei lost his fight against chuck anderson and lyoto machida both came by to talk to wand

2 TUFF, even though Wand and Spider are friends, Damian and Spider are not, and at the end of the day it’s just business, so I don’t think that will be a problem…I just don’t think Damian is quite ready for Anderson at this point, and I think he should have to get past Yushin Okami or Dan Henderson or Rich Franklin before he earns a shot..or at least Michael Bisping if Henderson doesn’t whip him up too badly..

Bonnar said he fought Terry Martin. When did he fight him? It doesnt appear on his sherdog record. Was it an amateur fight or does sherdog just not have an account for it?

P.S. What happened in this fight..who won?

Bonnar fought Martin in 2002 at MFC and won via Unanimous Decision.
