Totally set up. Jon Jones knew exactly how hard to hit Rashad without knocking him out with multiple elbow and Rashad knew exactly how hard to take it to the face so that he would get massive bruises while almost knocking out…Wait…that’s f****** stupid.

I do not think the fight was set up at all. I do think that Jones had the ability finish the fight but he just didn’t pull the trigger. I think after Evan’s landed a couple right hooks Jones became too hesitant to really open up with combinations for fear of the counter right hook.

Anybody else see the Ali footwork Jones pulled in the 4th (I think it was the 4th). That encompassed everything that I don’t like about this guy. As far as Jones’s fight game goes he’s a beast and nobody can deny that he is skilled, but his personality bugs the sh** out of me! He used the vintage Ali dance around the ring footwork to continue on the comparisons between himself and Ali. So after the fight the media would suck his nuts for being like Ali. The interviews where he quotes him, the cover photo shoot for UFC magazine, all of it. If the dude is going to have his own legacy he needs to be him original and be his own f****** person. You don’t see Kobe quoting MJ, that’s why Kobe is my favorite active athlete because he is 100% original. He detests any comparisons to any great before him, and that’s why he will be an all time great. Jones won’t, he’s superficial and he is on borrowed time until he figures that out.

Here is my first thought on this fight … Jones beat shogun like a red-headed step-child…Hendo and Shogun had a tired old man fight and Hendo got the decision.

Forrest (Leap Frog) Griffin vs Rampage was a fixed fight…Jones vs Rashad, was not fixed. If you can’t see this, stay off the pipe. Uncle Dana should ask Jones to step up to Heavyweight like he asked Ace and Spider to step up to LHW. At least for a couple fights, he cleaned out the entire f****** division!

MMA guys need to start to train actual MARTIAL ARTS and not just combat sports like kickboxing/boxing where 99% of the time the taller guy with more reach completely dominates like this. If Evans knew anything about covering his center line and basic trapping he wouldn’t get hit like that and would have known what to do when monkey arms started grabbing his wrists before popping him
