I think the average person can ascertain that these guys are just putting on an act and making a spectacle of themselves to get attention. And it is obviously working for Junie as he has become the center of attention in TUF.

It’s what happens in every reality type show and one of the reasons I hate them with a passion — the posers and the attention whores get their egos stroked by escalating their outlandish behavior to the point of where it’s just all a big act as they vie for attention — the opposite of what a “reality” show is supposed to be, at least in theory. It’s like watching a spoiled brat throw a temper tantrum at the supermarket so his parents cave in and buy him that stupid toy. And that’s why I much prefer the guys (and this goes for other sports too) who go in and just do their job, like Fedor, Anderson Silva, or Barry Sanders when he played — the guy would score a touchdown, hand the ball to the ref, and get off the field — no need for showboating or gloating or acting like a clown.
