both of them looked like they were on roids. Pride had some of the top righters in the world, but Most of them were on Roids. You can tell. Just look at them now that they’re in the UFC and how they used to look while they fought for PRIDE.

im a huge fan of cro cop..well at least i was till not so long ago but nehow, it seems lyk he doesnt work very hard or keep busy around the ring. too many times in recent years have i seen him looking 4 that one (albeit deadly) kick to knock out opponents, and not finding it. just look at the gonzaga fight, he did nothing and then got caught. Hope he improves

It looked like Coleman tanked at the end, it really is a disadvantage if your fall back is wrestling, not to say that it is, but if your not quick enough and chose your spots than your stuck. Other than that Cro Cop is like a pregnant woman you won’t know how he will act either really good at stand up or very hesitant to strike. Like I was when I was trying to score with a girl named jane, oh I miss her I weep sometimes when I’m alone in the corner of the shower touching myself….. in the eye because the water is too hot! yeah…

cro cop looks fit…his face isnt full like colemans and their was no muscle change from pride to ufc…how can you say that he was on roids? With most of the other fighters the physical signs of roids was there. Was it ever proven cro cop took roids?

Coleman looked washed up right there already, I can’t believe the UFC is bringing him back.

And look at the respect coleman had for crocop the whole fight, he looked freaking scared the whole time.

I would too, but as a fighter you can’t be that obvious.

Boring? Crocop defending takedowns from one of the best GnP wrestlers in the world and then knocking him out with punches?

And Coleman was even more roided out in the early ufc days, and crocop looked huge against Kongo. I don’t think their appearance is noticeably different in the ufc compared to pride.

What a mismatch…Coleman looked completely outclassed, like he was fighting in UFC 1 or something, very one dimensional, he was lucky he didn’t get kicked to the head, b/cuz it would have made Pete Williams KO look like a love tap..

I like how people always give Pride shit for roids and yet UFC has had many cases as well and not only that but in Sean Sherks case they found that in 2 of the 3 UFC sponsored supplement xyience that Sherk was taking had illegal performance enhancing drugs

In Cro Cops case I would say one of 3 things

1) Ring and cage are much different
2) Gonzaga was a fluke much like Serria
3) Kongo gave Cro Cop 3 all out knees to the groin. That clearly effects a fighter and more so given that Cro Cop took less than 5 mins before he started to fight again

Not saying that Cro Cop would excel in the cage but there is no taking away from who that guy has beaten

The roids excuse for Pride is boring. Wanderlei Silva was 205lbs of muscle in Pride and he’s exactly that in UFC. Quinton Jackson looks no different now than he did in Pride as well, and roids have never been accused of making people better fighters before, so why now?

I think so too. When they come to the UFC, they can’t use roids. All pride fighters that moved to UFC look weaker, slower, less aggressive, and less explosive than they did in Pride. Japanese should seriously consider checking for roids in their fighters.

Anyway good fight, 1:59= best straight left you’ll see in mma. Coleman kissing the canvas on one of many failed takedown attempts is priceless.

I like crocop, but this fight looks fixed. Totally fixed, that aint coleman’s normal aggression, and the last 3 punches he took, he just ate them. He didnt even try to defend himself or counter.. he just kinda threw his hands up and put his head. Who stops looking at their opponent for no reason in a fight?

its widely known pride only tested for recreational drugs in japan thc, coc, ect. not anabolic steroids or hgh.

well in case you didnt know randy couture is going through some kind of hormone replacement. joe rogan anounced it live during a ufc broadcast its basically legall roids from a wellness doctor. theres hundreds of them in hollywood right next to the pot shops. roids may not make you a better fighter, but they will help you win a fight. even if your opponent has better ground and stand up than you if your on roids you have agresiveness, speed, confidence, strength, balance, stamina (yes unless your taking d-bol) that story about juice only giving you short burst of energy BS..if im just an avarage man and I know of all these undetectable european roids Im pretty sure these top paid athletes do to and you guys are very nieve if you think these guys clean

Mirko is a one handed fighter, he has a cannon for a left but that’s all he has. He is a stiff fighter that looks to land the left only. This is why he looks slow and calculating. You can tell from this fight when he throws the left hook, a normal two handed fighter would have thrown the right uppercut to finish instead Mirko pulls the left back after the hook and uses the same hand to throw the uppercut. When Mirko throws a right punch (usually flicking a hook) its for show so that the opponent knows that he might throw it.

Coleman would have been a lot better in his career if it wasn’t so obvious when he was going to shoot for a takedown. Not taking anything away from Cro Cop, but you can see Colemans shoots coming from a mile away. Always have.
