It’s very difficult to know how this version of Vera translates against anyone in top tier 205. At the same time, his loss against Jardine doesn’t look so bad after Jardine put up such a good showing against Rampage. Vera does look much quicker and stronger. With all his skills, he should have more success than he’s had, I’d like to see him reach his potential.

brandon didn’t pounce either time he dropped patt. his leg kicks looked clean but against a guy who can’t defend against them anyone’s would have. I like vera and i’m not hatin on him, but he’s still got a ways to go before he’s back at full power.

vera is always been a great skill fighter, I hope he stays in the gym, and keeps whoopen some !ASH… I like the way he step on the kicks.. nice work, but mike had nothing to offer only those 2 high kicks were pretty good. tech vs even more tech fighter will be the truth vrs the dragon,… how more technical can you get…

whoooaaa kieran… go and call vera a bitch? rashad evans is a nobody. who got lucky on chuck. brandon vera is a better more well rounded class fighter than rashad currently is.

as to all the vera haters. so what if he pranced around after the win. prance around and celebrate after every win. sometimes the only one with the potential to beat the top dog on the game is the nobody, the washed up underdog. never underestimate your opponent. i bet i know at least 5 15-16 yros who would beat the living fuck out of every one of you.

vera is amazing. end of story. he came in the underdog, the nobody, and took the sport by storm. defeating tons of top worthy opponents. so he lost a few fights and didnt do so well lately. brandon vera has that spirit. dont expect him to stay down. i guarantee he will be up and at it.. on the top again.
