no it was not text book at all. the finish was text book but the transition to the arm bar was really bad. he like stood up. and the guy on bottom, if he didnt suck, could have shrimped or something to get away

Wouldn’t the definition of a sloppy arm bar one that does not work? That arm bar looked textbook to me. Let see, he isolated the arm, locked it to his chest, pull it between his legs, and torqued it back while locking his legs to his opponents chest and head. Yep, looked pretty textbook to me.
