I gotta say lolgator4490 I have to disagree with Silva over Fedor and BJ over GSP. I do not believe silva is the best pound for pound in the world because he cuts SHITLOADS of weight to go to middle, and hasnt been tested at 205 (Irving fans, hes a stepping stone, get over it.)Anderson could fight at heavyweight if he wanted. Im not trying to s*** talk him for it, I think 205 would be his best weight anyway. But as it stands, the man walks around at a similar weight to Fedor. The two could likely meet at 225-230, with Silva being the taller fighter. That would pretty much be my dream fight right there.

Although come to think of it, 215 might be a better weight for them to meet at. And Im basing this off hearing Silva has been as heavy as 240, probably cant afford to walk around that heavy at this point. I just want a reason for these two to go at it haha.

Fedor is best fighter on the whole planet and the only loos that he had is stopagge because of cut above his aye and that’s it.
Miguel Torres is a real deal and nothing better when you achieve something like this when you young as he is.

Brian Bowles would give Torres a very good fight. I’m excited to see if that’s the next 135lb title match. Bowles has finished all 4 of his opponents in the WEC so far, he definitely deserves it.

Fedor didn’t lose that fight. It was a cut from an illegal blow a minute in. It was ruled that he lost only because it was a tournament and they needed someone to move on, otherwise he would have gotten a no contest since it was an illegal blow. Silva also fights at the right weight. He’s never had a problem with his weight and cutting weight is part of it, it’s not unfair. Franklin cuts a ton too and lost, and Henderson fights at 205 too. Both are excellent fighters whose styles can’t be compared.

Torres is a serious fighter. I watched the fight when he won the title and I was sold. I wasn’t rooting for him but I had to admit his skill. His standup is getting better and better and it wasn’t bad to start with.
Frank Mir talked about Torres the whole fight, but Tapia has GOOD hands. He caught Miguel a few times and made him think. Tapia’s hands are quick and he has power. A couple times Miguel had to back away. As soon as he did and picked his shots a little better he took Tapia apart. Very smart fighter. His ground game is disturbingly good.
