Rick does not train at Greg Jacksons Meandyou. I have been training with Rick for almost four years at The Lab in AZ. And he has never mentioned Greg Jacksons gym. He trains at The LAB and a boxing gym here in phoenix.

Man, I havent seen Roufus fight since wayy back in da day (maybe 93) when he beat the orig Ice Man Jean-Yves Theriault in PKA. I loved watching the PKA fights every Sat afternoon. Remember Bad Brad Hefton? lol

Roofus really blew my mind here.He looked so good for a 46 year old man.He’s even more impressive then Randy.Rick is a kickboxer and he still has a granite chin after a long kickboxing career is so impressive.
