The fight did open up holes in Ronda’s game though. In judo, giving up your back is no big deal, so you commonly see competitors doing takedowns straight to the scarf hold, then hold the position for 25 seconds and get the victory. If she keeps doing this style takedown she could actually tear cartilage in her ribs as well. It’d really be better just to change over to a left underhook and takedown to side control instead.

Im really glad womens MMA is in the UFC, these two ladies look hot, so does Rhonda…so looking forward to many more wardrobe malfunctions..but that aside, I think it adds to the sport, nothing wrong with that. I am just a bit concerned about the fairness of it, when you have a 100% woman battling someone that is a female/male hybrid such as Carmouche or Cyborg..it may not be fair to the other females …but hey..thats up to them.
