because Pettis doesn’t dance or taunt/disrespect his opponents. I wouldn’t even consider pettis very flashy so its a terrible comparison.

What ppl see:

Pettis – great fighter with some exciting flash
Page – medicore unknown fighter, all flash no substance and no class.

,Michael is a very skilled and talented fighter. Just YouTube him and you’ll see he’s fought the same way in kickboxing competitions for years. Why is it when Anthony Petis comes out and lands flash kicks etc everyone thinks its amazing, michael tries some entertaining moves and people run their mouths. Personally I hope he lands more of his trick kicks in the cage, no one else has the ability or balls to try. I say good luck to him, it’s great to see someone bringing attention to british mma.

I’m not impressed when you fight guys with losing records. How does a valid promotion have guys with 0-4, (now 0-5) records fight on top of this guys 0-2 amateur record?! I don’t understand how he went pro with a losing record. Once this Page guy faces better competition, we’ll see.

I dont trust the ref she looked a bit confused at that point to what was going on maybe thats why he held it longer.

Also why jump on the spinning kick there’s no point. You’re gonna have more power and accuracy with the other foot on the ground. Unless he does a rolling thunder then its useless as it’ll mostly go over the guys head as you can see here.
